JOB SUMMARY:
The National Product leader will play a pivotal role in driving One Call’s growth by identifying, shaping, and scaling product-led opportunities that expand revenue and market impact. Team members leverage deep clinical and industry expertise to support commercial success, champion innovation and ensure our product offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as clinical and industry SME’s enabling the Commercial team to close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by providing insights and guidance on product capabilities and market fit.
- Innovative Product Development: Create scalable growth opportunities by developing innovative, technology-enabled product offerings that address market needs and support business objectives.
- Strategic Clinical Program Advancement: Advance clinical programs by aligning product direction with commercial strategies and portfolio growth objectives, ensuring initiatives support both immediate and long-term business goals.
- Market Presence and Advocacy: Strengthen One Call’s market presence by serving as subject matter experts at industry conferences, promoting key programs (such as Age of Injury), and building brand credibility.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Track industry and competitive trends, translating insights on emerging technologies and shifts into actionable growth strategies for the business.
- Business Unit Strategy Ownership: Own the strategy for assigned product lines or business units, partnering closely with Product and Commercial teams to set priorities, define roadmaps, and drive successful execution.
- RFP Support and Review: Support and review Requests for Proposal (RFP) to ensure all submissions align with business objectives, market needs, and One Call’s strategic direction.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and position Once Call’s products effectively within the industry.
- Innovation and Opportunity Identification: Drive ongoing innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the market and translating them into actionable product strategies that fuel growth.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare from an accredited college/ University, and/or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of extensive industry experience leading strategic initiatives focused on product growth and innovation within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategies that enhance business performance and drive revenue growth with proven results.
- Expert in delivering robust analytics use cases and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fosters data and analytics culture, supporting data-driven thinking and discussions.
- Customer-centric and experienced with successful cross-functional collaboration.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment, Transportation, Language and/or Dental.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interpersonal communication and collaborative management.
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to be able to handle and solve complex problems.
- Viewed as an expert resource by peers and coworkers; maintains a good working relationship with both internal and client management and has a thorough internal working knowledge of the enterprise.
- Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and diverse workplace.
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using market insights to shape product and business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience representing organizations at industry conferences and events.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations and Technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth- oriented environment.
- Expertise in competitive analysis, RFP processes, and strategic planning highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Work and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office. Occasional in-person team meetings may be required depending on the position.
- This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously.
- The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
- The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity requirement.
- The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress as a result of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.
