Salary Range:
This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting and driving organizational change and growth. Your primary responsibilities will be to support the execution of business transformation initiatives, ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new processes and systems, and assist with the discovery efforts on initiatives. You will do this by collaborating with various stakeholders to collect the data necessary to execute operational transformation initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transformation Support: 45%
- Responsible for data collection to support the Transformation team during projects and/or initiatives to help drive transformational change.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Responsible for identifying potential areas of opportunity through data and root cause analysis.
- Assist Transformation leaders with any pre-/post-testing on transformation technology initiatives.
Collaboration: 35%
- Work cross-functionally with different teams, including IT and Operations, to align transformation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Partner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to collect data necessary to support projects and/or initiatives.
- Influences internal and external sources to implement strategies and achieve transformation objectives.
Administrative: 20%
- Complete the reporting and analytics of initiative outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of functional area commitments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree in a related field, and 1-2 years of relevant experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education and 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good understanding of One Call products and services.
- General knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry.
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and professionally, in both written and verbal form, to audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership (internally/externally), colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Proven ability to meet deliverable timelines, with a strong track record of active collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Process improvement expertise.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Ability to stay motivated in a work-from-home environment.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office.
- This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously.
- The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
- The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that require speed or productivity.
- The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress because of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.
