Salary Range:

This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy execution and success of digital products we build at Harbor to enable business objectives and elevate our customer experiences through technology. This role is responsible for defining and driving product strategy collaborating across functions and delivering solutions that solve real problems for the people that use them.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals customer needs and quantified impacts.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Conduct user research analyze data and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools processes and experiences.
  • Prioritize Features and Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Write Clear Requirements: Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering design marketing sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Delivery & Communications: Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap escalating issues and blockers that arise during development driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee products from ideation through development launch growth and eventual sunset if needed.
  • Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive delightful and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your products.
  • Adapt and Iterate: Continuously refine products based on feedback performance data and market trends to stay competitive.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field or equivalent education training and relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile Scrum Lean).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights market data and business goals into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like Jira Confluence Figma and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Ability to work in an environment that aligns with the company's diversity equity inclusion and belonging standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office. Occasional in-person team meetings may be required depending on the position.
  • This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time operate a computer and other office equipment assess information and files stored electronically and converse/exchange accurate information with others simultaneously.
  • The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor input data into specific fields using a keyboard and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
  • The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks follow established processes maintain focus complete tasks independently complete multiple tasks simultaneously communicate professionally with colleagues and customers and complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity requirement.
  • The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress as a result of but not limited to a dynamic and heavy workload.

 

Product Manager
Intermediate role responsible for owning small to mid-sized product initiatives developing business cases managing backlogs and serving as a subject matter expert. Typically requires 3+ years of product management experience.
