Salary Range:
This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position encompasses the full-life cycle of recruiting, managing significant aspects of the staffing process, hiring managers partnerships, offering creative and effective staffing ideas and solutions, and collaboration with the HR Team to conduct needs analysis, post openings, sourcing, screen and present qualified candidates for open and/or prospective positions. This is an advanced professional role requiring extensive skill and proficiency. Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Expected to mentor others on staff and is a role model for the rest of the team. Effectively communicates with all levels. Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge. Exhibits an advanced knowledge of the overall One Call product line and knowledge of industry-specific relationships. Is not limited to merely repeating what others have done but creates new, alternative ways to approach things. Is comfortable in working in unstructured situations where creativity is needed. Brainstorms alternatives to a given problem. Participates in strategic planning and direction. Assigned to highly visible, sensitive and critical systems. Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to handle senior-level positions sourcing and placement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment (50%)
- Sources candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and referrals
- Manages all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they onboard
- Interviews candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) and determine qualifications by analyzing responses, assessments, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Uses skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
Relationship Management (25%)
- Works closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs through strategic intake calls, aligning with organizational plans and objectives
- Acts as an organizational ambassador while overseeing internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
- Stays current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Know the Business (25%)
- Tracks recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Assists other members of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Department with applicable projects related to organizational objectives.
- Improves organization efficiencies by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, understanding benefits and perks.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or experience in lieu of education.
- HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to handle senior-level positions sourcing and placement.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office.
- This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously.
- The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
- The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity requirement.
- The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress as a result of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.
